Our team of financial management specialist work diligently throughout the business day to complete the bookkeeping and billing deadlines for our clients, as well as being available for any questions or reports needed. Adina ran multiple businesses over the last 25 years. Understanding from a young age that money is to be handled correctly and efficiently she created a business where her mission is to educate business owners and family members of large wealth how to handle their finances responsibly.  Adina is also a Licensed RCFE administrator, and consults and has managed medium to large assisted living facilities. Knowing the laws of Licensing and the daunting task it takes to run a facility, she created a billing component to her business. This relieves several facilities of their challenge to bill for residents and can keep their focus on the quality of care for the elderly.

Tehilla joined our team two years ago with a passion, drive and natural sense for numbers. Trained in house, she's a client favorite for her organization, attention to detail and pleasant demeanor. Tehilla takes care of all electronic billing needs for the Assisted Living facilities for the ALW program with Medi-cal and  Home health agency's as  well as AR management for some of our clients. Tehilla does monthly invoices for rents for facilities that we manage.

Cheryl, is one of our in house Online Quick books experts.  Cheryl is also in charge of all Paper Billing done on behalf of our clients for the ALW program with Med-Cal. She  works directly with each facility for accurate billing attendance making sure they receive timely payments. A quick and eager learner, Cheryl  not only has grown into her position but continues to develop it with knowledge of the ever changing state regulations.

Our Clients are small and medium business owners, entrepreneurs with home-based businesses as well as storefronts, wholesale and retail, service professionals and non-profit managers.

We have worked with many industries such as: clothing (retail & wholesale); accessory design (wholesale & retail); internet sales (wholesale & retail); graphics, photography; home improvement; health & fitness; assisted living facilities; non-profit management; food services and food retail; real estate, and more. Due to client privacy, no businesses are featured with identifying information. We are happy to give individual references upon request.

In keeping with our confidentially agreement we do not share any information from our clients as a general practice, however the following clients have agreed to have their words quoted including their name.
